Can you design a theme/layout for my website?
Yes. $20(this is the standard cost for PS layouts, some designs require more time, you will be given an estimated cost before production is started. Serious inquires only.

How long does it take to get my graphics?
Usually, 24 hours, depending on the difficulty & order in which request was recieved. During busy times 1-10days. [time also varies if you have requested home delivery as opposed to email]

How do I recieve my graphics?
You will recieve an invoice through email requesting payment. You will have 2 weeks to send payment. Once you have paid your graphics will be emailed to you in zip format or sent through the mail.

What happens if I don't pay?
You don't get your graphics and Phriday Studios reserves the right to offer them to other customers.

Is it a one time fee?
Yes, you pay only the initial creation fee.

What can I do with my graphics?
Use them on your website, email, message boards, etc.

What can't I do with my graphics?
You can't make the graphics call you daddy or spank you. ^_~'

What am I not allowed to do with my graphics? Why?
You may not upload PS graphics to your website for the purpose of offering them to others in a download format. You cannot claim them as your own creation or alter their appearance in any manner. You cannot resell them, etc. All items are copyright 1999-2003 Phriday Studios. Read the copyright info for further information. Technically, you pay to lease, not own.

What will you do with my graphics after I have paid & recieved them?
We will keep a backup of your graphics incase you accidentally delete them.

What won't you do with them?
We will not resell personalized graphics. That spites the reason for having them.

Can you make me free graphics? Why not?
Generally, no. This is a business, we have to pay for supplies. If everything is free we won't be around long. However, fill out the request form anyway and you might catch us on a free day. We respond to every email.

How do I get something free from PS?
Thru our forum you may recieve a custom signature, or from NEOPETS you may make free requests. If it is doll related, just fill out the request form.

Will you make me a personalized comic book?
Yes, $30 USD, non-negotiable. Any characters, any story line. We customize to your specifications. Generally takes 1-2weeks to complete.

What is your TOS(terms of service)?
If you display graphics you take from this site, you must either link that graphic back to us or display one of our buttons linked back to us on your site. Buttons can go anywhere on your site. On the page you display one of our graphics, you MUST give us credit for that graphic. eg.'these graphics are from Phriday Studios'. There must be a link back to our site somewhere on your site when you use our art.
